Greenbush - Palma Robb, 95, died on Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at the Karlstad Healthcare Center in Karlstad.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 30, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Greenbush, with Pastor Bryce Fellbaum officiating. Casket bearers included Ivan Juhl, Randy Robb, Scott Robb, Steve Wollin, Mark Bratland and Harold Howdahl. Interment was held at the Badger City Cemetery in Badger.
Palma Helene Robb, the daughter of the late Henry and Emma (Johnson) Matson, was born on April 22, 1910, in Hoople, N.D. She attended school and grew to womanhood there, and was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. At the age of 18, she moved with her family to Grafton, N.D., where she was employed at several places. She married Roy Nesteby in Grafton, and in 1935, they moved to the Greenbush community. Roy died Nov. 30, 1953, and Palma continued on the farm for four years.
On Nov. 3, 1957, Palma was united in marriage to Warren Robb in Ross and they made their home on the farm west of Greenbush. She was a member of the Bethel Lutheran Church of Greenbush. In 2002, Palma moved to the Karlstad Healthcare Center in Karlstad for a year, and in February 2003, moved to the Greenbush Nursing Home.
She is survived by her husband, Warren, in addition to many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Palma was preceded in death by her first husband, her parents, two brothers, Clarence and another at a young age; and a sister, Minnie Staven. A00003B2005AG03
