CITY OF THIEF RIVER FALLS
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter 151 of the Thief River Falls City Code, that Guy Useldinger, 2293 43rd Ave. S., Grand Forks, ND, 58208 has submitted a Preliminary Plat as prepared by Garrett R. Borowicz of Widseth Smith, Nolting & Assoc., Inc. of Crookston, MN for review and approval by the City of Thief River Falls. The property is legally described as: Lots 4 and 7, Raedel’s First Addition, to the City of Thief River Falls, Minnesota:
Useldinger is replating Raedel’s First Addtion as Useldinger’s First Addition and following recording of the Useldinger Final Plat, the owner is proposing to build twin homes on the property and offer those homes for sale as single-family housing. The property will be zoned Suburban Residential District (R-1). The property is currently zoned Suburban Residential (R-1).
Notice is further given that the Planning Commission will conduct a Hearing on the Preliminary Plat at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, February 24, 2014, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 405 Third Street East, Thief River Falls, MN 56701. All persons wishing to comment on the Preliminary Plat will have the option to be heard at this time. Persons who wish to submit written comments prior to the Hearing or who have questions should address them to the Office of the Community Development Director, City Hall, P. O. Box 528, Thief River Falls, MN 56701, or telephone 218-681-2500.
