Goodlettsville, Tenn. - Alayne Winnifred Berg Ford, 64, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013  at the Hendersonville Medical Center.
Funeral service were held at the  Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home on Sunday,  Feb. 3, with Bro. Brian Pitts officiating. Interment was held at the Leoni Cemetery.
A native of Thief River Falls, Alayne resided in  Goodlettsville, Tenn.  
A member of the Church of Christ, she was an Executive Secretary at Vanderbilt University Informatics Center. She was a Cub Scout and Brownie leader for many years. Mrs. Ford also loved to research Genealogy, scrapbook, sew and collect Ty bears.  
She is survived by her husband of 44 years:  Bruce Randall Ford of Goodlettsville; sons: Shane Robert (Amy) Ford and Matthew Bruce (Amanda) Ford all of  Hendersonville; five grandchildren: Emma Elizabeth, Ryan Bruce, Katie Alayne, Matthew Bryson and Raylen James Ford; siblings: Raymond Berg, Sharon Brahosky and Judy Taylor, all of Thief River Falls; brother-in-law and Sister-in-law: Michael and Judy Ford of Crestwood, Kent.
Mrs. Ford was preceded in death by daughter, Rhonda Kary Ford, her parents, Edward and Gertrude Edgar Berg and parents-in-law, Robert and Alvena Prater Ford.
