Stephen - Martha Evangeline Thorkildson, 100, of rural Stephen, died peacefully on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the Karlstad Healthcare Center, surrounded by family members. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, April 2, at 10:30 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Stephen. Interment will be held at St. Petri Cemetery, rural Stephen. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m. The Austin Funeral Home of Stephen is in charge of arrangements.  |
